Save the date for the Poker Series charity event in Las Vegas on September 16th

THE Charity poker series will host a $300 buy-in no-limit hold’em event benefiting the Ability Center of Southern Nevada on September 16 at the Stirling Club in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The tournament starts at 7.00pm and there will be appetizers and hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and a 50/50 cash drawing before the tournament which starts at 5.30pm. Anyone can participate in the cocktail hour and silent auction for $100 without entering the tournament.
Through the power of exercise, The Ability Center empowers its members to discover new strength, ability, and confidence to live their best lives. Help the CSOP extension make exercise easily accessible to the special needs community in Southern Nevada.
The poker tournament will feature starting stacks of 10,000, with 20,000 add-on chips. There is a grand prize of $5,000 for the winner. Dress code for all evening events is business casual.
Born in 2014, the Charity poker series is a non-profit corporation founded to organize and promote charity poker tournaments and other events that raise funds and awareness for worthy charities and causes. Poker pro Matt Stout is the founder and president of the CSOP extension.
The September event will be the 53rd leg of the series, and other upcoming stops include a leg of Cards for Curling on August 26th. The $300 buy-in event begins at 5:30pm and will benefit CurlVegas. It will also take place at the Stirling Club. A silent auction and buffet will be hosted prior to the tournament at 4:30pm, and anyone can enter for $150 without participating in the tournament.
