World Series of Poker Europe 2023 schedule announced

The official program for 2023 has been announced World Series of Poker Europe. This year WSOP festival will once again be held at King’s Resort Rozvadov in the Czech Republic. It will run from 25 October to 15 November and will include 15 bracelet events.

Every single bracelet event has a guarantee, with over €15 million in collective guaranteed prize money between them. That total is up from €12 million in 2022.

“We are absolutely thrilled to continue hosting the most prestigious tournament series in Europe, this year offering even higher guaranteed prize pools and exciting new events such as GGMillions, Mystery Bounty and Closer,” says King owner Leon Tsoukernik. “Our commitment remains to provide unparalleled service and hospitality to all poker players at King’s.”

This year’s schedule features something for every player, with buy-ins ranging from as little as €350 in the €1,000,000 Guaranteed ‘Opener’ event, up to €50,000 in the €1,000,000 Guaranteed High Roller No-Limit Hold’em. Six of the scheduled events feature seven-figure guarantees.

There are also two pot-limit Omaha events, a mystery bounty tournament, and an eight-game mix event.

Omar EljachThe focus of the whole story will once again be the WSOP Europe €10,350 buy-in no-limit hold’em main event, boasting a guaranteed prize pool of €5 million. Players will start with 100,000 in chips for the main event.

In 2022 the WSOP main event attracted record-breaking field of 763 entries, breaking €5 million guarantee to create $7,248,500 prize pool U.S. dollar. In the end, the biggest payout of all was the $1,380,129 prize awarded to eventual champion Omar Eljach of Stockholm, Sweden.
